We were established to encourage transparency in pay and conditions for freelance and self-employed trainers, and to provide confidence in their ability to deliver a consistent, professional service.
Membership is free* and provides you with support and leverage when negotiating the terms of your hire. In the future we plan to offer training, accreditation and access to work opportunities in the UK and beyond.
We are not a union!
ATOM is not a trade union. Rather, we are an association of professionals seeking to improve our conditions while working closely with training providers and clients alike.
